I am a Registered Psychologist supporting adults and adolescents experiencing emotional, relational, and life challenges.
Alongside my private practice, I have extensive experience as a School Psychologist, providing specialist knowledge of development, emotional regulation, learning, and neurodiversity. I bring this perspective into my work with both young people and adults, recognising the important role our experiences and relationships play in shaping wellbeing.
My background also includes research in emotion regulation, with my work published in Australian Psychologist, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based psychological practice.
